Human rights defender Khalid Saifi, who has been lodged in Tihar Jail since 2020 under the UAPA in the Delhi violence case, walked out of jail on Monday night after the Supreme Court granted him six months’ interim bail.
“Process is the punishment,” Saifi said after his release.
