ISIS issued a statement on the incident in which a group of camouflaged men opened fire with machine guns in a Moscow shopping mall,
killing at least 40 people,
wounding more than 100,
and then setting off a massive fire.

Congressman Green,
a Republican and Trump supporter,
filed a motion to impeach Speaker Johnson.
This will begin the same process that led to the removal of former House Speaker McCarthy last October.
In an interview with The Hill,
Congressman Green said,
“Speaker Johnson has made too many concessions to the Democrats.”
The focus will now be on Johnson’s response. If Johnson votes for a military aid bill that includes Ukraine,
Democrats will oppose it and the motion to impeach will fail.

Congress is in recess until the middle of next month,
and the U.S. House of Representatives is likely to be in turmoil for some time.

Izvestia reports from the Russian bakery industry that several Chinese banks have stopped transferring money from Russia.
The transfers will not be accepted even in RMB,
and Russian companies will be forced to take action in the future.

The Romanian President informed the Parliament that 50 Ukrainian military pilots will be accepted for F-16 training.
The training will begin in the summer at a newly established training center in Romania and will end by the end of the year.
